The Czech government has signed the Lisbon Treaty. It is ratified. It gives Brussels 100% control over any and all aspects of Britain’s operation. Parliament is no longer sovereign. That freedom to self-determine has been stolen from the people and given to faceless, unknown suits in Brussels.
They can technically take control of anything in Britain. The EU Court has supremacy of any and all laws ever made in Parliament, from the Magna Carta to the Bill of Rights.
Over 1000 years of Parliamentary democracy has been destroyed by a socialist dictatorship. The government have actually signed away your lives, liberty and property to the EU. Without your permission.
It’s what Hitler would have wanted.
Note the media already trumpeting EU power, demanding British banks be split up, planning direct taxation to Brussels and who knows what else. The Lisbon Treaty allows for amendments, without having to put it to a vote, so do not surprised if they even suspend the theater of democracy in the coming months/ years.
If the EU have its way, there will never be another vote.
But there is a problem with this.
You see, the Bill of Rights 1689 cannot be rescinded. Not by Parliament, not by the Fourth Reich, not by anyone.
Ever since 1972 when the European Communities Act was signed, Parliament has existed in a state of Treason. Every EU Directive enforced by Parliament constitutes another Treasonous act against the people of Britain, that group who lends Parliament its sovereignty.
That is another point. Parliament cannot sign its sovereignty to anyone, because it does not belong to them to sign.
It belongs to us. Parliaments power only comes from the people. Consent has never been given for the actions of Parliament in the last few decades and remember, consent cannot be assumed, it must always be given.
Let there be no misunderstanding, by our own ancient laws, the government has been working to usurp the British people and the nation state. This categories them as enemies of Britain.
We exist in a state of war with the British government.

Euro MPs scrap Britain’s opt-out of the 48-hour work week
The European Parliament today voted to scrap Britain’s opt-out from the maximum 48-hour working week in a move that is estimated to cost the UK economy up to £66.45billion.
The vote was a blow to Gordon Brown, who had wanted the opt-out kept, especially during the current economic downturn.

ONE MILLION on the dole for first time in eight years
The number of people on the dole has soared above one million for the first time in eight years, official figures revealed today.
Unemployment benefit claims rose by 75,700 in November, the biggest monthly increase since the spring of 1991, taking the total to 1.07 million.
The overall number of unemployed, including those not eligible for benefits, increased by 137,000 in the quarter to October to 1.86 million, the highest figure for more than a decade.
Bank of England labour market expert David Blanchflower warned that the jobless total will climb yet further ‘through 2009 and 2010, probably to over three million’.
More and more Britons broke and disenfranchised, dependent on the state and economically disempowered. A perfect time to push the EU agenda of wiping Britain off of the map.

With the privatisation of national institutions such as energy and the postal service, the redesign of the coinage to something resembling monopoly money, the Maastrict Treaty forces Britains borders open to EU immigrants. This helps to redistribute wealth away from Britain into other countries. This doesn’t benefit Britain or the British in the slightest, it does benefit the State though.

Nine members of a braying schoolboy rape gang who carried out a horrifying punishment attack on a 14-year-old girl are behind bars today.
The boys were as young as 13 when they took it in turns to assault their defenceless victim while recording it on a mobile phone.
The rapists were a junior branch of a notorious east London gang known as the Kingzhold Boys.
The nine teenage boys, including two aged 14 and 16 convicted of rape on the basis they ‘aided and abetted’ the attack, were given terms ranging from two years and five months in secure accommodation to indeterminate terms for public protection.
Judge Wendy Joseph QC sentenced Denton to an indeterminate term of detention for public protection and told him: ‘You had power over the others.
‘The pre-sentence report points to motives of revenge, sexual gratification and exercising a power over both your victim and your gang.
‘Accordingly I sentence you to detention for public protection.’
Judge Joseph ordered him to serve at least three years and eight months before he can be considered for release.
Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime.

He added: ‘We have got to empower families and people so they have far more control over the public services that they use and that will be one of the big themes in the Queen’s Speech next week.’
Brown has to continue to expand the scope and power of the state, to regulate ever more and take complete control over every aspect of society. He could always reduce the size and power of the state, reducing the tax burden and giving the individual people and communities of Britain the libertarian freedom to work to their own merits, but socialism is totalitarian social-engineering.
Again stressing that the world’s problems cannot be solved in isolation, he made reference to those who would support the break up of the UK.
‘It would be very sad if, as we are recognising our global interdependence on each other, one part of the country walks away.’

The taxpayer faces a multimillion-pound bill to give the evil mother of Baby P a new identity when she leaves prison.
Amid the widespread public revulsion at the case, lawyers will use human rights legislation to claim that the 27-year-old’s life is at risk.
They are believed to be already drawing up a list of demands to ensure that she receives permanent ‘protection’ from the public.
It would involve a new home, name and round-the-clock police protection for the woman.
In addition, it is likely that her legal team will request a lifelong court order – banning anyone from identifying her or her whereabouts.
Similar orders have been granted for other notorious convicts – including the Soham murderer’s girlfriend Maxine Carr, child killer Mary Bell and the boys who murdered toddler James Bulger.
The latest move is being planned because of the public outcry over the ordeal of 17-month-old Baby P at the hands of his mother, her boyfriend and lodger.
Legal rules mean that the 16 months Baby P’s mother has spent on remand will reduce the time she has to spend in jail by 32 months, and she will receive a reduced sentence for pleading guilty to allowing her son’s death.
A reduced sentence for admitting it. I never did understand that. Neither do I understand the mere possibility that the state could protect criminals at the expense of the law abiding. These digusting people guilty of this crime violated the child’s freedom and rights. Therefore their own rights, freedoms and property should be forfeit. They did not respect his rights, so why should others respect theirs?
The self-regulation of people’s behaviour stems from the consequences of actions. Put hand in fire, get burnt, don’t do it again. Behaving badly in the past would result in the community driving you out into the wilderness. Now, it would seem that the state along with the EUSSR has a vested interest in absolving bad people from the consequences of their actions. Good people are not rewarded with respect and protection, and bad people are rewarded with protection, money and respect from the state, at the expense of good people, against their wishes.
One comment on the article spoke of people withholding taxes in protest at the government, the use of tax receipts and the EU. That is why the state made tax payments automatic, so you no longer have that ability to protest.
If the human rights act isn’t a recipe for social breakdown, I don’t know what is. But that is the entire point of it. All of these things will continue to get worse until we are out of the EU and its never ending stream of socialist regulations and constitutions, and when we have a government who respects individual liberty and the ancient British laws of freedom.

Local authorities have ordered employees to stop using the words and phrases on documents and when communicating with members of the public and to rely on wordier alternatives instead.
The ban has infuriated classical scholars who say it is diluting the world’s richest language and is the “linguistic equivalent of ethnic cleansing”.
Bournemouth Council, which has the Latin motto Pulchritudo et Salubritas, meaning beauty and health, has listed 19 terms it no longer considers acceptable for use.
This includes bona fide, eg (exempli gratia), prima facie, ad lib or ad libitum, etc or et cetera, ie or id est, inter alia, NB or nota bene, per, per se, pro rata, quid pro quo, vis-a-vis, vice versa and even via.
Its list of more verbose alternatives, includes “for this special purpose”, in place of ad hoc and “existing condition” or “state of things”, instead of status quo.
In instructions to staff, the council said: “Not everyone knows Latin. Many readers do not have English as their first language so using Latin can be particularly difficult.”
just because people do not know something doesn’t justify refusing to allow it to be communicated. I personally like coming across words, phrases and infomation I didn’t already know, that way I can learn about it. Learning is supposed to be a good thing, isn’t it? One officer, working in Peckham, south London, said: “They are keeping the exact workings of the system very hush-hush at the moment – although it will be similar to the way criminals are electronically tagged. There will not be any choice about wearing one.
“We depend on our own ability and local knowledge to react to situations accordingly.
“Obviously we need the back up and information from control, but a lot of us feel that we will simply be used as machines, or robots, to do what we are told with little or no chance to put in anything ourselves.”

So much for looking out for your fellow man. The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson has ‘advised’ the London population that, in the event they see one of these feral youths attacking and trying to kill someone else, that you should just walk away and not get involved.
Even with considering that the law-abiding public are not allowed to bear arms in defence (in contradiction to our Bill of Rights) this still feels deeply wrong to me.

The risk from violent crime is now so high that people should walk away if they see someone else in trouble – in case they end up losing their own life.
The comments follow the knife murder of 16-year-old Ben Kinsella after he tried to break up an argument outside a North London bar at the weekend.
In another example of violent, broken Britain, a former soldier died yesterday after being attacked on a bus by thugs he had asked to stop swearing.
Father-of-three Stan Dixon, 60, politely asked them to stop using bad language in front of his partner.
To avoid trouble, the couple decided to get off early.
But as the bus doors opened, two men pushed Mr Dixon violently to the ground, leaving him with massive head injuries.
‘Everybody is shocked by the level of violence we are seeing, particularly towards young people, and we must all work as hard as we can to reverse this dreadful trend.’
Last month, a Government adviser warned that Britain was becoming a ‘walk on by’ society.
In a report ordered by Downing Street, Louise Casey said people were terrified they would either be attacked themselves or face arrest.

Pervasive security cameras don’t substantially reduce crime. There are exceptions, of course, and that’s what gets the press. Most famously, CCTV cameras helped catch James Bulger’s murderers in 1993. And earlier this year, they helped convict Steve Wright of murdering five women in the Ipswich area. But these are the well-publicised exceptions. Overall, CCTV cameras aren’t very effective.
This fact has been demonstrated again and again: by a comprehensive study for the Home Office in 2005, by several studies in the US, and again with new data announced last month by New Scotland Yard. They actually solve very few crimes, and their deterrent effect is minimal.
Conventional wisdom predicts the opposite. But if that were true, then camera-happy London, with something like 500,000, would be the safest city on the planet. It isn’t, of course, because of technological limitations of cameras, organisational limitations of police and the adaptive abilities of criminals.
To some, it’s comforting to imagine vigilant police monitoring every camera, but the truth is very different. Most CCTV footage is never looked at until well after a crime is committed. When it is examined, it’s very common for the viewers not to identify suspects. Lighting is bad and images are grainy, and criminals tend not to stare helpfully at the lens. Cameras break far too often. The best camera systems can still be thwarted by sunglasses or hats. Even when they afford quick identification — think of the 2005 London transport bombers and the 9/11 terrorists — police are often able to identify suspects without the cameras. Cameras afford a false sense of security, encouraging laziness when we need police to be vigilant.

Although it has 80,000 trainees in 36 cities, 18,000 graduate members and enormous power, Common Purpose is largely unknown to the general public. It recruits and trains “leaders” to be loyal to the directives of Common Purpose and the EU, instead of to their own departments, which they then undermine or subvert, the NHS being an example.
Common Purpose is identifying leaders in all levels of our government to assume power when our nation is replaced by the European Union, in what they call “the post democratic society.” They are learning to rule without regard to democracy, and will bring the EU police state home to every one of us. Common Purpose is also the glue that enables fraud to be committed across these government departments to reward pro European local politicians. Corrupt deals are enabled that put property or cash into their pockets by embezzling public assets.
It has members in the NHS, BBC, the police, the legal profession, the church, many of Britain’s 7,000 quangos, local councils, the Civil Service, government ministries, Parliament, and it controls many RDA’s (Regional Development Agencies). Cressida Dick is the Common Purpose senior police officer who authorised the “Shoot to kill” policy without reference to Parliament, the law or the British Constitution. There is something of a continual debate here in the UK regarding CCTV. On one side are those who see the technology as a benefit, to catching criminals etc, they usually have had something happen to them, or know someone who has so it is a lot more personal. Otherwise they just use the ‘well if you have nothing to hide…’ argument.

More bureaucrats, local and national, having access to your personal information – through data-sharing and data-matching between government databases, through access to your telephone and email data, through the national database that will lie behind a “smart” identity card. Your health records on tap to researchers by ministerial order – your doctor can’t say no. Local authorities, even health trusts, able to put you under covert surveillance.
I am firmly in the ‘NO CCTV’ camp. The idea that the ever-growing parasitic corporate government and its equally corrupt subsidiaries have eyes (and now ears and mouths) watching almost every square metre of Britain does not encourage the concept of a free people. Most people who bleat on about CCTV have little or no idea about how prevalent it is, who has access to it and the potential for function creep.
