Euro MPs scrap Britain’s opt-out of the 48-hour work week
The European Parliament today voted to scrap Britain’s opt-out from the maximum 48-hour working week in a move that is estimated to cost the UK economy up to £66.45billion.
The vote was a blow to Gordon Brown, who had wanted the opt-out kept, especially during the current economic downturn.

ONE MILLION on the dole for first time in eight years
The number of people on the dole has soared above one million for the first time in eight years, official figures revealed today.
Unemployment benefit claims rose by 75,700 in November, the biggest monthly increase since the spring of 1991, taking the total to 1.07 million.
The overall number of unemployed, including those not eligible for benefits, increased by 137,000 in the quarter to October to 1.86 million, the highest figure for more than a decade.
Bank of England labour market expert David Blanchflower warned that the jobless total will climb yet further ‘through 2009 and 2010, probably to over three million’.
More and more Britons broke and disenfranchised, dependent on the state and economically disempowered. A perfect time to push the EU agenda of wiping Britain off of the map.

With the privatisation of national institutions such as energy and the postal service, the redesign of the coinage to something resembling monopoly money, the Maastrict Treaty forces Britains borders open to EU immigrants. This helps to redistribute wealth away from Britain into other countries. This doesn’t benefit Britain or the British in the slightest, it does benefit the State though.

POZNAN, Poland – The UN global warming conference currently underway in Poland is about to face a serious challenge from over 650 dissenting scientists from around the globe who are criticizing the climate claims made by the UN IPCC and former Vice President Al Gore. Set for release this week, a newly updated U.S. Senate Minority Report features the dissenting voices of over 650 international scientists, many current and former UN IPCC scientists, who have now turned against the UN. The report has added about 250 scientists (and growing) in 2008 to the over 400 scientists who spoke out in 2007. The over 650 dissenting scientists are more than 12 times the number of UN scientists (52) who authored the media hyped IPCC 2007 Summary for Policymakers.
The U.S. Senate report is the latest evidence of the growing groundswell of scientific opposition rising to challenge the UN and Gore. Scientific meetings are now being dominated by a growing number of skeptical scientists. Nine members of a braying schoolboy rape gang who carried out a horrifying punishment attack on a 14-year-old girl are behind bars today.
The boys were as young as 13 when they took it in turns to assault their defenceless victim while recording it on a mobile phone.
The rapists were a junior branch of a notorious east London gang known as the Kingzhold Boys.
The nine teenage boys, including two aged 14 and 16 convicted of rape on the basis they ‘aided and abetted’ the attack, were given terms ranging from two years and five months in secure accommodation to indeterminate terms for public protection.
Judge Wendy Joseph QC sentenced Denton to an indeterminate term of detention for public protection and told him: ‘You had power over the others.
‘The pre-sentence report points to motives of revenge, sexual gratification and exercising a power over both your victim and your gang.
‘Accordingly I sentence you to detention for public protection.’
Judge Joseph ordered him to serve at least three years and eight months before he can be considered for release.
Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime.

Companies will be free to discriminate in favour of women and black job candidates under proposed ‘equality’ laws.
The move allows employers to give preferential treatment as long as applicants are equally qualified.
It is designed to boost the proportion of female and ethnic staff, as well as thrusting more of them into senior posts.
Ministers insist that businesses will not be compelled to favour the woman or the black candidate, but the law will be changed to ensure they cannot be sued for turning down a white man.
Equalities minister Harriet Harman says ‘positive action’ is vital so that the workforce more accurately represents the proportion of the population as a whole.
That slimey Marxist makes my skin crawl. What she means is discimination against the largest indigenous demographic of Britain, which just so happens to be the group mostly likely to be patriotic to what Britain is supposed be. You know, a small state, individual libertarianism, community, family, sovereignty, everything the Fabians want to destroy.This is nothing less than state sanctioned racism and sexism.
Positive discrimination, where a lesser qualified candidate is given the job just because he or she is from a minority, will remain illegal.
And public bodies will for the first time have to ensure that they do not discriminate on grounds of ‘sexual orientation, gender reassignment, age and religion or belief’.
How? By deliberately employing said people, possibly over more qualified candidates?
Public bodies will have to report on any pay inequalities and the Equality and Human Rights Commission will conduct a series of inquiries into pay.
Ministers will also press ahead with a consultation on whether firms should be forced to reveal the salary gap between their male and female staff to highlight how women have slipped behind.
I don’t believe this. Another huge increase in state beaucracy at the taxpayers expense, to push cultural Marxism on a formally free nation. And now a summary of the raft of social-engineering measures, designed to control you ignorant slaves of the state.

Battered women who kill could escape murder charges
Battered women who kill abusive partners in cold blood because they fear more violence will escape a murder conviction.
Instead their crime – even if premeditated – will be reduced to manslaughter, sparing them a mandatory life sentence.
Under the Coroners and Justice Bill, victims of domestic violence will be able to claim they were provoked into killing by their tormentors after enduring months or years of abuse.
And the ‘evidence’ for domestic violence will be what exactly? Now comes the women are more equal than men adjustment…
But the shake-up of the homicide laws would scrap the ‘partial defence’ of provocation where a husband claims he killed in a fit of sexual jealousy after discovering his wife was having an affair.
Suicide websites to be outlawed
Justice Minister Jack Straw is determined to outlaw websites which encourage suicide following their links to a string of young deaths.
But there are fears that the Coroners and Justice Bill could be used as a vehicle to scrap laws which prevent helping a terminally-ill person to die.
Lapdancing club curb
The clubs – currently in the same licensing category as pubs and cafes –are expected to be licensed in the same way as sex shops.
Under Labour’s Licensing Act 2003, lapdancing clubs outside London need only an alcohol licence.
The new Bill will make it illegal to use prostitutes who have been trafficked into the country or who work for pimps.
It will become an offence to buy sex from anyone ‘controlled for another person’s gain’.
With the proof of innocence on the part of the ‘buyer’ and not the ‘seller’. More feminist anti-male discrimination. Dealing with trafficking would involve sorting out border controls, but the state doesn’t want to do that, too many cheap immigrant votes and fuel for cultural marxism.
Flexible working law goes ahead
Ministers are to press ahead with controversial plans to allow millions of parents with older children the right to request flexible working.
Under the law, employers must seriously consider any application for flexible working and they can reject it only if there are good business reason.
Reasons determined by the state I’m sure, cue more lawsuits, quangos and other taxpayer funded shite.
The measure was not mentioned in the Queen’s Speech as it does not require a new Bill and can be implemented under existing flexible working regulations. It has dismayed business leaders, who have warned that the decision will damage firms during the recession.
John Wright, chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses, said: ‘Small businesses do not object to flexible working. But now is not the time to burden employers with the need to spend time on meetings and formally agreeing new contracts and conditions, when much of this takes place informally anyway.’
Yes but the state statists want facts and figures and more red tape to strangle the already suffocating British businesses. Businesses should be allowed to employ who they like, when they like, how they like. It should have nothing to do with the state.
New business tax
Millions of businesses will be hit with a new tax in the next 18 months.
Firms with a rateable value of more than £50,000 will be forced to pay business rate supplements.
The tax will be levied by all local authorities, excluding district councils, which will use the money to promote ‘economic development in the area’.
This is wealth redistribution. Wealth that the state has no right to confiscate from businesses, (or individuals for that matter), but this government believes it should control everyone and everything. Another symptom of tyranny.
Immigrants must ‘earn’ passports
Immigrants must ‘earn’ British passports by carrying out voluntary work, paying taxes and learning to speak English.
Those who make a greater effort to integrate by, for instance, helping out at youth clubs or taking OAPs shopping could be ‘fast-tracked’. But economic migrants who commit crimes or do not find work will be sent home.
As opposed to all the criminal and economic immigrants that have been flooding into the country over the last decade. This is just another excuse to keep the borders open, when the government doesn’t even know how many immigrants (illegal or otherwise) are even in the country.
U-turn on plans to give MPs final say on going to war
Flagship plans to give MPs the final say on international treaties and going to war were effectively dumped.
The Constitutional Renewal Bill, which also includes moves to enshrine in law civil service impartiality, will be introduced only ‘when time allows’ in the next Parliamentary session.

Britain is the world center of freedom and individual liberty, it’s Light of Eärendil. Britain literally wrote the books on it, from the year 1100 onwards. Hence the onslaught and our obligation to protect it.
The reality is, whether we like it or not, that we all must try to do something, big or small, to promote a party who advocates individual liberty and a small, efficient state. We must do this because those in power are actively attacking us and everything Britain is supposed to stand for. It must be resisted. IT MUST. You are either free or you are a slave. We are in a state of war. A war of economics, culture, and law, of ideologies and propaganda. This is being waged with a compliant mainstream media, with Frankfurt School double speak and political correctness.
We can all see it everywhere we look. Society is being turned upside down, and it is no accident. The nanny state is designed to disempower the individual by claiming to ‘care for’ society. This renders society infantile, weak, apathetic, dependent on those in power and thus, easily controlled.
The easiest thing you can do to resist this tyranny is to support a political party who seeks to change this. An opening statement of the party is as follows:
Libertarian thought begins with the individual. It’s individuals that make up our society, not our society that makes individuals, so this is the only sensible place to start.

Owning something means that you have the absolute right to decide what to do with it—whether to use it up, keep it, sell it or give it away. Libertarians believe that everyone has the right to ownership of their own bodies, thoughts and beliefs, and honestly acquired property, be those goods, land, or money. Owning these aspects of yourself means that you should be free to do with them what you choose.
Libertarians believe that coercive actions by individuals, or groups of individuals—for example, the State—against others can never be justified. Such actions can rightly be seen as acts of aggression, and are simply an inappropriate way of behaving towards other people. This does not mean that Libertarians are pacifists, as everyone has the right to defend the property that they own—including themselves; rather, it is the act of initiating aggression that is morally unacceptable. What this means in practice, and looking at recent international events, is that Libertarians would have supported military action in the Falklands Conflict, where UK citizens and territory were first attacked by an aggressor, but not the recent war against Iraq, where the UK (along with the US) actually initiated the aggression.
On a more personal level, the right to do with your own body as you see fit means that Libertarians have no moral problems with people using drugs in a responsible fashion. The important thing here is how your own actions impact upon the rights of others. For example, it would be wrong to drive under the influence of drink or drugs, as that would be putting the lives and property of others in danger. Yes, you have rights, but you also have the responsibility to respect the equally held rights of others.

Daily MailState officials are to be given powers previously reserved for times of war to demand a person’s proof of identity at any time.
Anybody who refuses the Big Brother demand could face arrest and a possible prison sentence.
The new rules come in legislation to be unveiled in today’s Queen’s Speech.
They are presented as a crackdown on illegal immigration, but lawyers say they could be applied to anybody who has ever been outside the UK, even on holiday.
It always starts somewhere, and now you know one of the reasons the state has allowed rampant immigration for so long. Another ‘problem’ that they can fix by implementing another part of their agenda. Note that anyone who has ever crossed British borders must abide by this.
Officials, who could be police or immigration officers, will be able to stop anyone to establish if they need permission to be here, if they have it, and whether it should be cancelled.
No reasonable cause or suspicion is required, and checks can be carried out ‘in country’ – not just at borders.
And how long before ‘official’s include the citizen stasi, the plastic police and other coat and badge brownshirts? Fabianism. Gradual changes, always towards your goal.
A second clause says that people who are stopped ‘must produce a valid identity document if required to do so by the Secretary of State’. Failure to do so would be a criminal offence with a maximum penalty of 51 weeks in jail or a £5,000 fine.
Currently, police are allowed to ask for identity documents only if there is a reasonable suspicion that a person has committed an offence.
During the Second World War, ID cards were seen as a way of protecting the nation from Nazi spies, but in 1952 Winston Churchill’s government decided they were not needed in peacetime.
They were thought to be hindering the police because so many people resented being asked to produce them.
Criminalise the law abiding, further destroy public trust in the police. Increase the power of the state, attack the sovereignty of people over their own bodies (coercion to present identification). This is tyranny, nothing less.
Liberty director Shami Chakrabarti said last night: ‘ Sneaking in compulsory identity cards via the back door of immigration law is a cynical escalation of this expensive and intrusive scheme.’
Tory spokesman Damian Green said: ‘This scheme will do nothing to improve our security, may make it worse, and will certainly land the taxpayer with a multi-million bill.
‘Labour should concentrate on things that will improve our security, like a dedicated border police force.’
The state views the British as the enemy. Realise this. They (the fabian socialists who are in power) are waging a war against you. This will keep getting worse until we start resisting.
LibDem spokesman Chris Huhne said: ‘Ministers seem to be breaking their promise that no one would ever have to carry an ID card. This is a sly and underhand way of extending the ID card scheme by stealth.’
Note, the ID card is an EU Directive. Just like those Home Information Packs. No matter what it costs you and how much the people do not want it, the EU demands it as part of their pan-European socialist plan.
There was also concern last night that the Government is seeking to revive controversial plans for secret inquests.
The measure – which would have let the authorities hold a hearing like the Jean Charles de Menezes inquest behind closed doors – was removed from counter-terrorism legislation earlier this year.
But it could be re-introduced as part of a Coroners and Death Certification Bill.
Other Bills set to be unveiled include plans to extend flexible working and new laws giving every employee the right to request time off to train.
These have been widely criticised by business leaders who warn that extending employees rights will damage small firms.
More regulation by the state. More control over society by the state. Constant change and disruption is one of the targets of ‘political correctness’, as formulated by the Frankfurt School.
Dole claimants who refuse to seek work could be made to dig gardens as punishment or they may be ordered to spend an entire nine-to-five day in an office looking through vacant jobs.
That’s what happens when you are dependent on the welfare state. It means the state owns you, which is the goal of any tyrannical government. Dependence is control.
Plans for a crackdown on cigarette sales are being reviewed, and a new statutory code of conduct to govern the banks has been added to the list of forthcoming Bills.

Of the Bills dropped altogether, the most high-profile is the Communications Data Bill, which would have created a giant ‘Big Brother’ database of phone calls, emails and internet visits.
The Home Office said last night it had no intention of making people carry ID cards.

Oh really, so why haven’t they been doing that for the past 10 years? If it only applies to ‘immigration’ why does it apply to any British person who has ever left the country, on business or pleasure? If it only applies to the border, why have the police been given these powers, as opposed to just immigration officers?

Labour’s public sector spending has created a wave of ‘Soviet’ boroughs where around half the population depends on the state for work, figures revealed yesterday.
An analysis of council statistics showed that in ten areas more than 40 per cent of the workforce is employed in the public sector.
Many are deprived areas where the true dependency on the state will be far greater once benefit payments to those out of work are taken into account.
Top of the list compiled by the Centre for Economics and Business Research is Castle Morpeth, Northumberland, where – in an echo of the Soviet system where everyone was employed by the state and therefore owed their loyalty to the communist party – 57.1 per cent of jobs are in the public sector.
The research by CEBR, an independent consultancy, found that 1.3million jobs were created in health, education and public administration from 1998 to 2006, helping mask the loss of 1.1million manufacturing jobs.
Making people more dependent on the state and on foreign production/ corporations. All part of the ‘global interdependency’ plan from the politico-banker elite. Anything to destroy Britain’s ability to produce and provide for itself.
The North East dominates the list, with Castle Morpeth’s neighbouring borough of Wansbeck second with 47.5 per cent employed by the state and Durham third on 46.7 per cent.
The Government has based agencies and set up quangos such as One North East in the region to tackle unemployment caused by the decline of traditional industries such as coal mining.
Decline? I think they mean these industries were destroyed by the state.
Richard Dodds, a farmer and Tory councillor on Castle Morpeth borough and Northumberland councils, said: ‘I produce wheat and cattle but there are a lot of people who produce absolutely nothing.
‘Everything is about monitoring performances and going on courses. We’ve had an awful lot of white elephants and non-jobs created in the North East.’
A report in the Financial Times claimed two out of three jobs created since 1998 were in the public sector.
The bigger the state gets, the more people it employs. The more it employs, the more money it needs. Money that it forcibly taken off of taxpayers and ladeled out of the real economy. The state then increases taxation to pay for its socialist uptopia, driving the wealthiest out of the country and encouraging more to get state aid, as the cost to benefit ratio of working in a private sector changes for the worse. Eventually almost everyone is dependent on the state. With no taxpayers left to fund this ‘dream’, the country completely collapses. This WILL happen here if people don’t get clued up.

The current economic situation, was manufactured by our bosses in global banking (JP Morgan, Rockefeller, Rothschilds et al) to burst the credit bubble and consolidate vast swathes of liquidity and real-world assets in their money printing, fractional reserve claws. We should help them by giving their financial front corporations power over all nations.
He also highlighted climate change, inequality and terrorism as major problems that must be addressed.

Referring to the attacks in Mumbai, he said: ‘A great multi-faith democracy has been laid low by terrorists.’

He also called for a ‘new wave of upward social mobility’ within Britain.
He added: ‘We have got to empower families and people so they have far more control over the public services that they use and that will be one of the big themes in the Queen’s Speech next week.’
Brown has to continue to expand the scope and power of the state, to regulate ever more and take complete control over every aspect of society. He could always reduce the size and power of the state, reducing the tax burden and giving the individual people and communities of Britain the libertarian freedom to work to their own merits, but socialism is totalitarian social-engineering.
Again stressing that the world’s problems cannot be solved in isolation, he made reference to those who would support the break up of the UK.
‘It would be very sad if, as we are recognising our global interdependence on each other, one part of the country walks away.’

Muslim prisoners at a maximum security jail were treated to £3,500 of takeaway curries to mark a religious festival.
Some 200 inmates at Whitemoor prison near March in Cambridgeshire had meals worth around £18 each after complaining about the quality of jail food.
Staff, who also tucked into the meals, drove 40 miles to pick them up from a takeaway in Peterborough.
Ah. Everyone get stuck in, it’s on the taxpayer, like everything else.
The meals were bought at the end of October this year to celebrate Eid, a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting.
Main dishes included lamb rogan josh and beef madras.
A former non-Muslim inmate said: ‘They tried to do the curries in-house but the prison chefs couldn’t meet the budget of £1.80 per prisoner – and the Muslim inmates complained that it tasted rubbish.
‘The smell of it wafting was torture for the rest of us.’
There I was thinking that criminals forfeit their rights and freedoms until their sentence is spent, as a consequence of breaking the law. You know, consequences, being punished for doing wrong.
A Prison Service investigation is to now look at the ‘unacceptably’ high costs of the meals.
It is also likely to look into reports that standard security checks to ensure weapons or contraband were not being smuggled in with the dishes were not carried out in case the meals got cold.
Inmates having to eat cold food! Politically protected people (Muslims) having to eat cold food! No way, this is Britain! Only taxpayers, pensioners and the like should have to do that, not criminals. Human rights, you see.
In recent years its Muslim population has swelled as security services have begun investigating terrorist plots. It now has the highest proportion of Muslim inmates of any jail in the country.
In August, documents revealed emergency plans had been drawn up amid fears a prison officer could be taken hostage and beheaded by Muslim fanatics following mounting racial tension.

Whitemoor governor Steve Rodford was unavailable to comment.

A Prison Service spokeswoman said: ‘Such high costs for food are not acceptable and an investigation is under way.
‘While the Prison Service respects and is required to facilitate religious and cultural festivals, and Whitemoor is making efforts in this regard, food costs must be reasonable.’
It shouldn’t respect and be required to facilitate jack shit for any prisoner. It is supposed to be a place of punishment, one that people do not want to return to. Except to play PS3 and XBox 360. Or to have cellphones and private showers. Least of all cater to people’s personal beliefs. Even political ideologies that call for worldwide fascism.

Council staff are said to have spied on the young parents at night as part of a plan to see if they were fit to look after their baby, who was sleeping in another room.
The mother and father were forced to cite the Human Rights Act, which protects the right to a private life, before the social services team backed down and agreed to switch off the surveillance camera while they were in bed together.
The case is highlighted in a new dossier of human rights abuses carried out against vulnerable and elderly adults in nursing homes and hospitals across Britain.
It comes just days after the Government admitted town halls have gone too far in using anti-terror laws to snoop on members of the public.
Recent figures show three-quarters of local authorities have used powers granted under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act to spy on residents suspected of putting their bins out on the wrong day, allowing pet dogs to foul the pavement or breaking school catchment area rules.
‘Anti-terrorism’ laws aren’t about fighting terrorism. They are about conditioning the people to accept ever greater control over their lives via the state. Fighting terror is the excuse, just like ‘think of the children’ and all of that SHIT.
Social services departments are allowed to place adults in units known as “residential family centres” if they fear their children could be at risk of abuse or neglect. Staff assess the families in a controlled environment to determine whether their children should be taken into care.
The centres can use CCTV cameras as well as listening devices but Government regulations state that staff must “respect parents’ and children’s privacy”.
Well that just about guarantees no abuse of the powers then! Right? I mean, these little unemployable jobsworths wouldn’t abuse this power would they?
“The couple were especially distressed by the use of the CCTV cameras in their bedroom during the night.
“They explained that they did not want their intimacy to be monitored and that, besides, the baby slept in a separate nursery.
“As a result, the social services team agreed to switch off the cameras during the night so that the couple could enjoy their evenings together in privacy.”
Unbelievable. People pleading with the state for ‘allowances’ of privacy. No longer do you have ‘rights’, you now have ‘priviledges’ granted to you by the state, so long as you behave like a good little slave. Anyone who complains must ‘have something to hide’ and therefore be guilty of something right? WRONG.

Motorists will face amateur speed traps run by local volunteer groups in towns and villages across the country, it was revealed yesterday.
Under rules to be sent to police forces in the new year, bands of volunteers will be supplied with speed detection equipment and asked to use it to identify drivers exceeding limits in their area.
The guidelines, prepared by the Association of Chief Police Officers, will set a national pattern for schemes which have been trialled in some areas – often with controversy.
Drivers caught breaking limits by ‘community speed watch’ groups have their numberplates checked on the police national computer and are sent warning letters by police forces.
They can be targeted for prosecution if they get three letters for speeding through volunteer group traps. Motoring organisations warned yesterday that the proposals risk setting neighbour against neighbour and encouraging vigilantism. Some trial schemes had to be abandoned after they led to disputes between local people.
The decision to encourage speed trap volunteers follows the move by local councils to recruit members of the public to watch for breaches of rubbish collection and recycling rules.
They are also taught how to use the police computer to check vehicle details.
Ah, another huge number of incompetents having access to a national database.
Each scheme will cost around £2,000 to set up, a price that includes detection equipment, signs to warn drivers that they are being watched, and high-visibility jackets.
The groups will be expected to have at least six adult members, and organise their own finance. They are likely to be subsidised by local councils.
NO. They are subsidised by the taxpayer.
One of the first forces to try civilian volunteers was Cambridgeshire. But it was forced to scrap the idea within weeks after opposition from a group of villagers.
Company director Salli Roskilly decided to launch a petition against the initiative after it divided residents in her village of Fowlmere, near Royston.
She said: ‘The final straw was when I walked by one morning and saw that they had schoolchildren on the cameras. I am the last to condone speeding but there is a question of civil liberties.
‘None of us wants a society where we are spying on each other. There has never been a fatal accident here and I just could not see the justification for it.’
The dialectic. This isn’t about ‘fighting speeding’. This is about pushing the state agenda of centralisation of authority and putting the state in the centre of all aspects of society. Fighting speeding is the excuse. This is about total state control. This will not change with the Conservatives. I don’t know what’s worse, that the Fabian scum in government are pushing this agenda, or that there are people in this country who actually think it’s a good thing. The taxpayer faces a multimillion-pound bill to give the evil mother of Baby P a new identity when she leaves prison.
Amid the widespread public revulsion at the case, lawyers will use human rights legislation to claim that the 27-year-old’s life is at risk.
They are believed to be already drawing up a list of demands to ensure that she receives permanent ‘protection’ from the public.
It would involve a new home, name and round-the-clock police protection for the woman.
In addition, it is likely that her legal team will request a lifelong court order – banning anyone from identifying her or her whereabouts.
Similar orders have been granted for other notorious convicts – including the Soham murderer’s girlfriend Maxine Carr, child killer Mary Bell and the boys who murdered toddler James Bulger.
The latest move is being planned because of the public outcry over the ordeal of 17-month-old Baby P at the hands of his mother, her boyfriend and lodger.
Legal rules mean that the 16 months Baby P’s mother has spent on remand will reduce the time she has to spend in jail by 32 months, and she will receive a reduced sentence for pleading guilty to allowing her son’s death.
A reduced sentence for admitting it. I never did understand that. Neither do I understand the mere possibility that the state could protect criminals at the expense of the law abiding. These digusting people guilty of this crime violated the child’s freedom and rights. Therefore their own rights, freedoms and property should be forfeit. They did not respect his rights, so why should others respect theirs?
The self-regulation of people’s behaviour stems from the consequences of actions. Put hand in fire, get burnt, don’t do it again. Behaving badly in the past would result in the community driving you out into the wilderness. Now, it would seem that the state along with the EUSSR has a vested interest in absolving bad people from the consequences of their actions. Good people are not rewarded with respect and protection, and bad people are rewarded with protection, money and respect from the state, at the expense of good people, against their wishes.
One comment on the article spoke of people withholding taxes in protest at the government, the use of tax receipts and the EU. That is why the state made tax payments automatic, so you no longer have that ability to protest.
If the human rights act isn’t a recipe for social breakdown, I don’t know what is. But that is the entire point of it. All of these things will continue to get worse until we are out of the EU and its never ending stream of socialist regulations and constitutions, and when we have a government who respects individual liberty and the ancient British laws of freedom.

Towns and villages across England are bracing themselves for ‘bombshell’ news on the location of hundreds of new and upgraded gipsy and traveller camps.
Work on some of the proposed 7,500 extra pitches will get the go-ahead within weeks under a controversial £97million scheme.
Targets imposed by the Government mean local authorities must provide a specified number of permanent sites with rubbish collection, running water, electricity and other services.
In return travellers will have to pay rent and council tax.
The pressure on councils has forced at least one to warn landowners of compulsory purchase. Others may follow suit.
Abolition of private property, where have we seen that before… Also, this has the EU’s fascist fingers all over it. I have yet to find the specific EU Directive (I haven’t the time right now) but I found this in the Daily Hansard 2004;
The CRE, Travellers’ organisations and the communities or partnerships which act on behalf of many Gypsies and Travellers have criticised the existing provisions in Section 183 of the principal Act. The CRE expressed concern that the exemption from stop notices of any building used as a dwelling house, but not of a caravan on a site used by Travellers as a dwelling, could be in conflict with the Race Relations Act. It is seeking counsel’s opinion, particularly in light of Article 14 of the EU race directive, which requires member states to,
- “take necessary measures to ensure that any laws, regulations and administrative provisions, contrary to the principle of equal treatment, are abolished”.
I welcome what the Minister said when introducing his amendment; namely, that the regulations would exempt caravans in the same way as dwelling houses. However, it is profoundly unsatisfactory for us to have to rely on some undertaking as to what is going to be in future regulations when what is in the Bill is so clearly discriminatory. That article of the EU directive is reflected in our own law in the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 1976 Amendment Regulations 2003. I would be grateful if the Minister could explain
So this is a consequence of the ‘Race Directive’, from the EU. So putting stop notices on caravan sites violates the ‘rights’ of gypsies. I also guess that EU considers people not wanting gypsy and traveller sites in their backyard is ‘rascist’, this is the suggestion I find on this page, Towards the World Conference on Racism (2000).
As well as making specific recommendations in relation to the themes of the conference, the NGO Forum report, in it’s general remarks and conclusions refer to a number of issues also highlighted by the Irish NGOs present. These include the experiences of Roma, Gypsies and Travellers, women, refugees and asylum seekers and the importance of promoting the participation of relevant NGOs in developing appropriate responses to dealing with racism xenophobia and anti-Semitism.

Over 60 individuals were interviewed, including Gypsies and Travellers, local authority officers from housing, education, planning and communications departments, along with representatives from police and health agencies, as well as local councillors and Gypsy/Traveller representative groups.
So nobody from England who is a natural born citizen was consulted? And 60 people, what is that, one for every million in the country? It seems this is a case of the state spending taxpayers money to provide travellers with land to live on in Britain, as is their ‘human rights’, and of the State forcing private British landowners to sell in order to provide for these immigrant populations?

The European Union is costing Britain a staggering £106,000 a minute, a think-tank has revealed.
As the UK teeters on the brink of what experts predict will be the most serious financial crisis since the Great Depression, the Government has surrendered £55.8billion to Brussels this year.
That is equivalent to paying a whopping £900 for every man, woman and child in the country.
Cutting back on payments to the EU could fund a 6p cut in income tax, according to a hard-hitting report by the Eurosceptic Bruges Group.
Income tax should be abolished altogether but that’s another story.
They branded it a ‘scandal’ that Britain was contributing so much money to the super-state when struggling families were being forced to tighten their belts as recession looms.
UK Independent Party MEP Gerard Batten, who wrote the report for the think-tank, said: ‘As we enter what looks like the most serious economic crisis since 1929 membership of the European Union is a luxury that the British people simply cannot afford.
‘It is clear that the EU is holding up economic recovery. To get Britain out of recession, we must get Britain out of the EU.’
Robert Oulds, director of the Bruges Group, said: ‘There is a desperate need to reinvigorate the British economy by reducing the burden of taxation.
‘Slowly, all three main political parties are beginning to realise this but none have come up with a convincing plan as to how this can be done.
The report, published today, calculated that the full financial cost to Britain of being part of the EU was £55.8billion – up £400million on the previous year.
This was made up of the Treasury’s £4.7billion net contribution to Brussels, plus a £3billion handout to other EU bodies, such as the European Space Agency and the European Investment Bank.
The controversial Common Agricultural Policy costs the UK an additional £16.8billion while the Common Fisheries Policy adds up to another £3.3billion. Some of this is paid direct to the EU, whilst being part of the policies means food on our tables is more expensive.
Finally, red tape imposed by the EU has cost British business about £28billion, according to statistics calculated by the European Commission’s vice-chairman Günter Verheugen.
Remember, the EU is a socialist construction, designed to reduce the power of the stronger nations and distribute the wealth amongst the poorer nations. This is more about weakening Britain than strengthening other nations. The never-ending number of quangos are paid for by YOU, but are controlled by the EU, and their remit is to re-engineer society towards the EU’s communist ideal. It is already a functioning dictatorship, with the signing of the Lisbon Treaty (without your permission, which is required but not given) Parliament essentially became an EU proxy, nothing more. This was done to hide the EU’s actions while it consolidates more power to Brussels.

Children as young as five will win the legal right to tell teachers how they should be taught and disciplined for bad behaviour, it emerged today.
Pupils will be handed an unprecedented say in the running of their schools – from the uniforms they wear to the meals they eat.
But the proposed new duty on school governors to ‘invite and consider’ children’s views drew an angry backlash from teachers’ leaders who claimed it would be ‘open to abuse’.

The row erupted after the Government this week accepted an amendment to an education Bill currently progressing through Parliament.
The Liberal Democrats tabled the amendment after a Ofsted survey suggested a third of pupils do not believe they are properly listened to by their schools.
Regulations detailing what schools must ask pupils about have yet to be drawn up but ministers hinted in Parliament they would be wide-ranging.
In the House of Lords, Children’s Minister Baroness Morgan said: ‘As a minimum, schools should seek and take account of pupils’ views on policies on the delivery of the curriculum, behaviour, the uniform, school food, health and safety, equalities and sustainability, not simply on what colour to paint the walls.’
Equality and sustainability? Why does the state run the schooling system anyway? Shouldn’t it be run at a local level? Oh wait, that’s right, being a bunch of fucking slimey Marxists, they must control the thinking of the young. Next generation of slaves for the elite you see.
Ministers have already issued guidance to schools saying pupils can have a role in recruiting staff and observe lessons to give feedback on how well they believe they are being taught.
But critics complained the advice was akin to ‘the lunatics taking over the asylum’.
Yesterday Chris Keates, general secretary of the NASUWT teaching union, criticised the planned legal duty as ‘unnecessary’ and warned it would undermine teachers’ authority, driving them out of the classroom.
She said some schools were already allowing groups of pupils to stand at the back of classes observing lessons without the teacher’s agreement and to sit on interview panels for new staff.

And she was aware of a recent case where a teacher had gone for a job only to find she was subjected to a ‘speed dating’-style interview, which involved spending five minutes talking to a series of pupils sitting at individual desks.
The teacher concerned had considered turning down any job offer because of the school’s ‘disrespectful’ attitude to staff.
‘The proper use of student voice can aid learning,’ said Mrs Keates. ‘We have no problem with student councils, and good teachers will always engage pupils.
‘But it’s a complete nonsense to make it a duty on schools; it will be open to abuse and is likely to lead to more bureaucracy.
‘The balance of relationships between teachers and pupils is extremely important and this shifts the balance in the wrong direction.
It’s the right direction for these socialists. Same thing is happening between the law abiding and criminals. Shifting victimhood onto criminals and criminalising the innocent. This is the main problem with centralisation. It gives a tiny group of wankers the ability to dictate to a disproportionately large group. POPULATION CONTROL UNDER THE GUISE OF CONSUMER PROTECTION
The Codeath, sorry, Codex Alimentarius Commission is a very misunderstood organisation. Most people have never heard of it, and those who have heard of it may not understand the true reality of this extremely powerful trade organisation. According to the official Codex Alimentarius website[click on the link below], the altruistic purpose of this commission is in “protecting health of the consumers and ensuring fair trade practices in the food trade, and promoting coordination of all food standards work undertaken by international governmental and non-governmental organizations”. The Codex Alimentarius (Latin for “Food Code”) is regulated under a joint venture between the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Since 2002, the Codex Alimentarius Commission has covertly surrendered its role as an international public health and consumer protection organisation. Under the helm of big industry, the surreptitious purpose of the new Codex is to increase profits for the global corporate juggernauts while controlling the world through food.

Some Codex standards which are proposed to take effect in the near future, and which will be completely irrevocable once initiated, include: (5)
- All nutrients (e.g., vitamins and minerals) are to be considered toxins/poisons and are to be removed from all food because Codex prohibits the use of nutrients to “prevent, treat or cure any condition or disease”.
- All food (including organic) is to be irradiated, thus removing all “toxic” nutrients from food (unless consumers can source their food locally). The precursor to Codex harmonisation in this area began in the USA in August 2008 with the clandestine decision to mandate the mass irradiation of all lettuce and spinach in the name of public health and safety. If the safety of the public was the main concern of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), then why were people not alerted to this new practice?
- Nutrients allowed will be limited to a Positive List developed by Codex; it will include such “beneficial” nutrients as fluoride (3.8 mg daily), sourced from industrial waste.
- All nutrients (e.g., vitamins A, B, C, D, zinc and magnesium) that have any positive health impact on the body will be deemed illegal in therapeutic doses under Codex and are to be reduced to amounts negligible to health, with maximum limits set at 15 per cent of the current Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)(6) You will not be able to obtain these nutrients in therapeutic doses anywhere in the world, even with a prescription. Potentially permissible safe levels of nutrients under the Codex are not yet set in stone. Some probable examples based on the European Union (EU) system may include:
– Niacin: upper limit of 34 ìg (micrograms) daily (effective daily doses range from 2,000 to 3,000 ìg).
– Vitamin C: upper limits of 65 to 225 ìg daily (effective daily doses range from 6,000 to 10,000 ìg).
– Vitamin D: upper limit of 5 ìg daily (effective daily doses range from 6,000 to 10,000 ìg).
– Vitamin E: upper limit of 15 IU (international units) of alpha tocopherol per day, even though alpha tocopherol by itself has been implicated in cell damage and is toxic to the body (effective daily doses of mixed tocopherols range from 10,000 to12,000 IU).
- It will most likely be illegal to give any advice on nutrition (including in written articles posted online and in journals as well as oral advice to a friend, a family member or anyone). This directive applies to any and all reports on vitamins and minerals and all nutritionists’ consultations. This type of information may be considered a hidden barrier to trade and may result in economic trade sanctions for the involved country.
- All dairy cows on the planet are to be treated with Monsanto’s genetically engineered recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH).
- All animals used for food are to be treated with potent antibiotics and exogenous growth hormones.
- Deadly and carcinogenic organic pesticides, including seven of the 12 worst (e.g., hexachlorobenzene, toxaphene and aldrin), which were banned by 176 countries (including the US) in 1991 at the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants,(7) will be allowed back into food at elevated levels.
- The Codex will allow dangerous and toxic levels of aflatoxin (0.5 ppb) in milk. Aflatoxin, produced in animal feed that’s gone mouldy in storage, is the second-most potent (non-radiation-related) carcinogenic compound known.
- Use of growth hormones and antibiotics will be mandatory on all livestock, birds and aquacultured species meant for human consumption.
- The worldwide introduction of unlabelled and deadly GMOs into crops, animals, fish and plants will be mandated.
- Elevated levels of residue from pesticides and insecticides that are toxic to humans and animals will be allowed.

Population control for money is the easiest way to describe the new Codex Alimentarius, which in effect is being run by the US and primarily controlled by Big Pharma with the aim of reducing the world’s population from its current estimate of 6.692 billion to a sustainable 500 million—an approximate 93 per cent reduction. Interestingly enough, before the arrival of Europeans in America, the Native American population in the US was around 60 million. (13) today it hovers around 500,000, or an approximate 92 per cent reduction as a result of government policies of genocide, starvation and poisoning. Codex is similar to other population control measures undertaken clandestinely by governments of the western world; for example, the introduction of DNA-damaging and latent immunosuppressive agents in vaccines (e.g.,weaponised avian flu and AIDS), aspartame, chemtrails, chemotherapy for cancer treatment and RU486 (the abortion pill funded by the Rockefeller dynasty).
FAO and WHO have estimated that by the introduction of just the vitamin and mineral guideline alone, within 10 years a minimum three billion deaths will result. (14)
One billion of these deaths will be due to starvation, and two billion as a result of preventable and degenerative diseases of under-nutrition, e.g., cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. (15) (16)

The ban has infuriated classical scholars who say it is diluting the world’s richest language and is the “linguistic equivalent of ethnic cleansing”.
Bournemouth Council, which has the Latin motto Pulchritudo et Salubritas, meaning beauty and health, has listed 19 terms it no longer considers acceptable for use.
This includes bona fide, eg (exempli gratia), prima facie, ad lib or ad libitum, etc or et cetera, ie or id est, inter alia, NB or nota bene, per, per se, pro rata, quid pro quo, vis-a-vis, vice versa and even via.
Its list of more verbose alternatives, includes “for this special purpose”, in place of ad hoc and “existing condition” or “state of things”, instead of status quo.
In instructions to staff, the council said: “Not everyone knows Latin. Many readers do not have English as their first language so using Latin can be particularly difficult.”

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) — A 13-year-old girl who said she had been raped was stoned to death in Somalia after being accused of adultery by Islamic militants, a human rights group said.
Dozens of men stoned Aisha Ibrahim Duhulow to death Oct. 27 in a stadium packed with 1,000 spectators in the southern port city of Kismayo, Amnesty International and Somali media reported, citing witnesses. The Islamic militia in charge of Kismayo had accused her of adultery after she reported that three men had raped her, the rights group said.
Initial local media reports said Duhulow was 23, but her father told Amnesty International she was 13. Some of the Somali journalists who first reported the killing later told Amnesty International that they had reported she was 23 based upon her physical appearance.
Calls to Somali government officials and the local administration in Kismayo rang unanswered Saturday.
“This child suffered a horrendous death at the behest of the armed opposition groups who currently control Kismayo,” David Copeman, Amnesty International’s Somalia campaigner, said in a statement Friday.
Somalia is among the world’s most violent and impoverished countries. The nation of some 8 million people has not had a functioning government since warlords overthrew a dictator in 1991 then turned on each other.

Fluoride is being added to children’s milk in 42 schools throughout the city of Sheffield in the UK, despite the chemical’s proven link to liver and kidney damage, cancer and the lowering of IQ.
“A new strategy with the focus of preventing dental problems among children is be introduced in Sheffield,” reports the Yorkshire Post.
The move comes in response to figures showing that the state of children’s teeth in the city is slightly higher than the national average.
“At present, fluoride is added to children’s milk in 42 primary schools in the city. This will continue, and the local NHS is also planning to begin talks on the possibility of adding fluoride to water.” the report continues.
While Fluoride has been proven to have a minimal effect in the prevention of tooth decay, the negative effects of the chemical are legion according to several medical studies, far outweighing any positive aspects. Continue reading

Ministers have been forced to order an emergency shutdown of a key Government computer system to protect millions of people’s private details.
The action was taken after a memory stick was found in a pub car park containing confidential passcodes to the online Government Gateway system, which covers everything from tax returns to parking tickets.
An urgent investigation is now under way into how the stick, belonging to the company which runs the flagship system, came to be lost.
Why the fuck was it on a stick in the first place? What is it with these monkeys?
The Department for Work and Pensions insisted that the system’s security has not been breached, but a computer expert told The Mail on Sunday that in the wrong hands the data on the memory stick could enable hackers to access personal details of the 12million people who have registered on the system, including their passwords.
If this memory stick has all the required log-in details, how would the bloated quango be able to tell if fraudulent access was made to the site?
Users trying to log on to the site yesterday were met by the message: ‘The Government Gateway is temporarily offline. We apologise for any inconvenience. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.’
The Government also closed down access to self-assessment tax applications via the Revenue and Customs website.
For the past six years, the £18million Gateway system has enabled members of the public and businesses to gain access to hundreds of services from 50 Whitehall departments, including self-assessment tax returns, VAT returns, pension entitlements and child benefit.
This year alone, 1.8million people have submitted their tax returns on the system.
Members of the public registering for the service have to provide their personal details, which can include names, addresses, wages, National Insurance numbers and credit card details.
So your friendly neighbour data gestapo can lose it. As the saying goes, the only person you can truly trust with such powerful data is yourself, this is one of the main reasons the state shouldn’t have it. Ever. No matter what.
